Snowhit (formerly ski-map.net) is a unique website offering all services to skiers in one place. Unlike other rival websites, snowhit contains an exclusive 3D map, showing all relevant information such as the location of lifts and ski runs. We are innovating how customers can find their holiday, and have created mobile apps that have so far been downloaded by more than 30 000 users.

Why we did it?

We love skiing. If we can't be on the snow at least couple of weeks every year, we are getting nervous.

Problem

Searching for ski holiday destinations is time-consuming:

• Sources of information are fragmented.
• Travel agencies are not able to provide customers with sufficient, concise and complete information.

Solution

• Snowhit provides a summary of key information about destinations clearly in one place.
• The skier can observe resorts on a 3D map from any angle which shows clearly how to get to the nearest slope from the hotel.
• The service we provide to travel agencies is offering them a place on our map, an i-frame for their web sites and consultancy services.
